Notts County eased to a National League victory at home to AFC Fylde.
Wes Thomas fired County into the lead after 19 minutes. The former Bournemouth and Birmingham striker turned past a couple of Fylde defenders before firing his effort into the roof of the net from the edge of the area.
Danny Rowe had a couple of opportunities to equalise for the Coasters before the break, first failing to control when through on goal and then shooting narrowly over the bar from distance.
Fylde goalkeeper Dan Lavercombe made a smart save to tip Sam Osborne's shot over the bar after 57 minutes.
And he was in action again 20 minutes from time to deny Kyle Wootton as the hosts pushed to wrap up the points.
But Neal Ardley's side did have their second after 80 minutes when Damien McCrory headed in Regan Booty's corner from close range.
