Solihull got their penalty routine right second time around in a home win over Aldershot.
Firstly, Paul McCallum was brought down in the box by Connor Shields, but Terry Hawkridge struck his spot-kick against the legs of goalkeeper Mitch Walker.
In a strange reversal of the scenario, though, Solihull were awarded a second penalty when Hawkridge was felled by Dean Rance. This time McCallum stepped up and found the corner.
The hosts had to work hard before finally extending their lead in the 76th minute, as substitute Matt Stenson found space to drive in from 25 yards.
The job was done, though Ethan Chislett netted a late consolation, on his birthday, for Aldershot.
