Harrogate and Solihull both missed penalties as the two sides played out a dramatic draw.
Solihull's Paul McCallum was off target from the spot in the 18th minute before Nathan Blissett headed home to give the visitors a half-time lead.
Mark Beck equalised after the interval, and just two minutes later Joe Leesley, whose corner produced the leveller, fired home from long range to put Harrogate ahead.
McCallum soon headed Solihull level before Harrogate missed a penalty of their own with just over 20 minutes remaining when Brendan Kiernan fired over the bar.
The midfielder was then brilliantly denied a late winner by Moors keeper Ryan Boot.
