Conrad Balatoni has played all his career in Scotland, making more than 200 league appearances
National League side Torquay United have signed defender Conrad Balatoni and Chesterfield winger Reece Mitchell.
Leeds-born 26-year-old Balatoni was a free agent having left Scottish Championship side Falkirk after his short-term deal expired in January.
Former Chelsea academy player Mitchell, 22, had his contract with the Spireites cancelled by mutual consent on Wednesday.
Torquay are bottom of the table, 11 points from safety.
