Reigning champions St Brelade have won through to the final of Jersey football's Trinity Shield.

The western parish needed extra time to beat St Clement 2-1 at Les Quennevais and will now face either St Lawrence or Trinity, who meet on Wednesday.

Matt Rawlings gave the easterners a 51st-minute lead, but Fraser Barlow hit back for the holders shortly after.

James Queree netted the winner for St Brelade in the seventh minute of extra time to book their place in the final.

The Shield is the oldest football competition in the Channel Islands, with players representing the parish where they were either born or reside in.
