England captain Harry Brook was in sparkling form in Southampton, hitting 10 fours and six sixes in an unbeaten innings of 114 from 49 balls.
He put on a partnership of 128 with opener Jos Buttler, who hit 80 from 44.

Sonny Baker deserved his chance tonight and he bowled three overs in the powerplay for just eight runs. He did really well.
"We have spoken about running more twos and there were 22 twos in our innings which I'm pleased about.
"I thought the performance tonight was near perfect."
Dunith Wellalage top-scored for Sri Lanka with 33 from 21 at number eight, while Dasun Shanaka, who scored 24 off 14, clubbed a couple of sixes before being caught off Adil Rashid.
Number 11 batter Eshan Malinga was the next highest scorer with 13, as Sri Lanka were thoroughly outclassed by England.
Sonny Baker was the pick of the England bowlers with 3-12, while Liam Dawson and Jamie Overton took 2-23 and 2-20 respectively. Josh Tongue, Will Jacks and Adil Rashid nabbed a wicket apiece.
Sri Lanka captain Charith Asalanka at the post-match presentation: "I think I would have done the same thing. It was a tough day for us. We missed our plans and execution.
"Positives-wise, didn't have anything for me. All three departments must be spot on."
