Brook hits two boundaries before giving up wicket
England captain Harry Brook: "We haven't played our best cricket. At the end of the day, we have made it through, and we're heading to Sri Lanka, so we can be happy about that.
"A little bit of a trend in this competition. We have not managed to string along the score as we like to do as a batting unit. We have got to keep on being brave and taking our options."
On bowling: "I thought we fielded excellently, and we bowled nicely as well. I never had a doubt at the end with Sam [Curran] and Jamie [Overton]. Sam has been awesome, and he has been throughout this comp so far.
"When Jof is on a heater, you want to get as much out of as possible – he did that today in his first couple of overs."
On playing in Sri Lanka: "We have played there before, and we know what the conditions are like. Make sure we are brave with the bat. You only have 20 overs with the bat, and you have got make sure you get as many runs as possible."

Italy skipper Harry Manenti: "I think we always knew England would come hard and it's entertaining but we knew if we could take wickets we'd be in it towards the back end. Will Jacks batted excellently and when you take it deep with the power he has anything can happen. We tried to minimise their total and 200 wasn't that much above par but maybe gave away too many at the end.
"It was some impressive hitting in he chase after we lost a few early. Ben [Manenti] put England under pressure and Grant Stewart did the same. If you get a partnership together it can get you going.
"I was proud of Ben. He got an opportunity to show how good he is. Same with Grant. He's a lower-order batter so to come out and show what he's capable of made me proud as captain. Hopefully we still get these opportunities. It was probably the biggest game for some in their careers. We have nothing to lose against West Indies now.
"The associate nations have put pressure on the 'big' teams. We have no right against a team like England, but it's good for the game and a matter of getting games under our belts against class oppposition. As a team ranked 27th to be doing that we should take a lot of belief."
Two in two for Curran
England's Sam Curran speaking to Sky Sports: "We don't hide from the fact that we have been not at our best. There's a need to improve. We have to look at positives too. We are a honest group and we will have honest conversations in the team.
"I don't think we bowled really well. Teams we have played against have been of different intensity. There are few nerves. But I don't think we are nervous. Every time we have tried to push, we have lost wickets. We tried to kick on even today but I guess it's a fine balance going too hard and losing wickets.
"We go to Sri Lanka now where conditions are very different. We have some time to reflect before that."
On Jos Buttler and Phil Salt: "They came into the tournament with hype around them. They're high quality players. No doubt they are going to come good in the next round."

Encouraging signs for England's quicks in today's outing, collectively taking 8-75 from 11 overs. The spinners once again struggled conceding 102 from their 9 overs. Overall, England's spinners have conceded at 9.34 runs per over in this tournament, the second highest behind Oman (9.41 economy) - they'll be hoping a shift to Sri Lanka brings better fortune for their spin-heavy attack.

The story of the group stage, never once have you watched England and thought they looked like potential World Cup champions.
There are certain areas to improve. A batter going on and scoring 80-plus lays the bedrock and the foundation for all those explosive players in that long batting order.
Jacks hits superb half century against Italy
England's Will Jacks: "We spoke about the last few games keeping intent up. I think we have been static at times. We know this is an incredibly fast-scoring ground.
"It feels like it has been a long time coming, but it has taken a while, but it is nice to get that one. I feel I am settling into my role down the order."
On Ben Manenti: "He played unbelievably well, and he was striking the ball better than us.
"I tried to change and go wide and thankfully got that wicket. If he batted for a few more overs, who knows what would have happened."
On reaching the knockouts: "The most important thing is that we have qualified. We know we have got to be a lot better. We go to Sri Lanka now and there are different conditions. We have got a lot to work on, and we will try our best."
