Sexual Harassment in the Workplace

WorklifeIndia

Available for over a year

The Me Too movement encouraged women to speak up about workplace harassment across the world, including here in India. Yet a majority of cases don’t get reported. There is fear of retaliation, possible loss of work and the slow path to justice. In this edition of WorklifeIndia, we ask how we can change workplaces to make them harassment free. We hear about the fight against sexual harassment in major corporates and among factory workers, and discuss the perspective of men and members of the LGBT community. Presenter: Divya Arya Contributors: Anita Cheria, President, CIVIDEP; Arti Chaudhry, Diversity Consultant; Harish Iyer, Equality Champion, NeoNiche Integrated Solutions.
