Iran state media reports Tehran rejects ceasefire proposal

The state-run Iranian news agency Irna is reporting that Tehran has submitted its response to a US proposal to end the war. The response includes a rejection to a proposed ceasefire. Israel says it has hit a major Iranian petrochemical site, which it claims produces half of Iran's petrochemical output.
