Trump escalates his threats against Iran

Donald Trump has theatened to bomb Iran's bridges and power plants if the country does not reopen the Strait of Hormuz. However he later appears to have shifted the deadline for compliance to Tuesday. Tehran has described President Trump's ultimatums as "nonsense". It said Iran's retaliation would be much more devastating and widespread if civilian targets were hit. We report on how autism, a lifelong disability that affects the way a person communicates and relates to other people, is treated in Malawi.
