The United States and Iran are blaming each other for their peace talks in Pakistan ending without agreement. The leader of Iran's negotiating team has said that the United States 'ultimately failed' to gain the trust of the Iranian delegation. The US vice-president JD Vance said Washington's terms had represented its "best and final offer".
