China to relax travel rules for British visitors

Outside Source

Available for 2 days

China has agreed to allow British citizens to travel to the country for up to 30 days without a visa. The announcement came after Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer met President Xi Jinping in Beijing, as he became the first British leader to visit the country in eight years. President Trump's ''border tsar'' has insisted the immigration enforcement operation in Minneapolis will continue, amid tensions sparked by weeks of raids and the killing of two protesters by federal agents. We hear from Republicans in the city on the killings that have unsettled their community and what they want to see happen now. The Amazon-produced documentary about Melania Trump comes out on Friday but what does the $75 million-dollar production tell us about media, politics, and how we see the first lady? We speak to media commentators in the US. And we hear from India, where fans are devastated after renowned singer Arijit Singh announced his retirement from playback singing in the film industry.
