China to relax travel rules for British visitors

The British PM says "really good progress" has been made on a visit in Beijing.

China has agreed to allow British citizens to travel to the country for up to 30 days without a visa. The announcement came after Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer met President Xi Jinping in Beijing, as he became the first British leader to visit the country in eight years.

President Trump's ''border tsar'' has insisted the immigration enforcement operation in Minneapolis will continue, amid tensions sparked by weeks of raids and the killing of two protesters by federal agents. We hear from Republicans in the city on the killings that have unsettled their community and what they want to see happen now.
