Crisis in Tonga as international aid effort begins

Following aerial pictures that show the devastation in Tonga there is great concern for the humanitarian situation there, as the first aid teams arrive in the Pacific archipelago. US Secretary of State Antony Blinken is on his way to Kiev, as concerns grow that Russia is preparing to invade Ukraine after moving troops into neighbouring Belarus. Since the industrial revolution scientists now say more than 350,000 different manufactured chemicals have entered our lives and even our bloodstreams.
