China flooding: people up to their necks on the subway

Our top story today: the deadly flooding in China's Henan province. Astonishing footage has emerged of trapped passengers on inundated subway trains, bodies and cars floating down roads, and people up to their necks in muddy water. And the heavy rains are set to continue for another few days. We'll get a live update. Several Western European countries are dealing with the aftermath of floods too.
