The UN health agency says the number of children not receiving vaccines against measles, diptheria and polio rose in every region of the world last year because of the Covid pandemic. As South Africa deploys up to twenty-five thousand troops to quell the unrest on the streets, we visit a doctor whose clinic was ransacked by looters.
