President Trump returns to the White House

President Donald Trump has returned to the White House after leaving hospital where he was being treated for coronavirus. On his return, he took off his mask and posed for pictures in front of an array of flags on the Truman balcony. Parts of East Africa are experiencing some of the heaviest rainfall that has been recorded in a century.
