US: tensions in Portland

The mayor of Portland, Oregon, Ted Wheeler and President Trump have engaged in a heated argument after a volatile week-end where Trump supporters and Black Lives Matters supporters clashed and a white protester was killed. We speak to Sir Mark Lowcock, the UN's Under Secretary General for Humanitarian Affairs about the huge problems facing local aid agencies in many of the world's poorer countries as they try and help vulnerable communities during the pandemic. And as they await sentencing we report on the case of the soldiers accused of killing two women and their children in northern Cameroon.
