President Trump is sending more federal law enforcement agents to cities he says are plagued by violent crime, as he sets himself up as a 'law and order' leader ahead of November's election. A controversial ‘Coronavirus Law’ has been passed in Israel granting the cabinet sweeping powers to introduce emergency laws without the initial approval of parliament. Hospitals in Madagascar say they're being overwhelmed by a spike in Coronavirus cases, and fear they will run out of beds in the capital, Antananarivo. The Indian Ocean island has registered 69 deaths, and has more than 8,000 confirmed cases.
