North Korea threaten to send troops into border areas

North Korea says it will send soldiers back into border areas that were disarmed under a peace agreement with the South. The United States is imposing new economic sanctions on Syria from today. At least 20 Indian soldiers were killed in a clash with Chinese forces in a disputed Himalayan border area, Indian officials say.
