Italy's prime minister has warned that the European Union risks failing as a project unless it moves to help the countries worst hit by the coronavirus outbreak. Despite a comparatively small population in relation to other EU countries we ask why has Belgium been hit so hard when it comes to Covid-19 fatalities?
