EU adds four jurisdictions to tax haven blacklist

Panama, the Seychelles, the Cayman Islands and Palau have just been labelled as tax havens by the European Union. We look at what these places are accused of doing and ask if the fight against financial secrecy is being won, or lost. How much data does Amazon have on you?
