Newsday

Available for over a year

For the first time, Japan's Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has said the postponement of the Olympic Games "may become inevitable" because of the Covid-19 pandemic. Spain's government wants to extend a two-week state of emergency by a further 15 days to combat coronavirus. The country has the biggest number of cases behind China and Italy.
