Quantas suspends international flights

Australian carrier Quantas is to ground all international flights to halt coronavirus spread. European Central Bank launches emergency $820bn coronavirus package. And in South Africa, a cruise liner with 1700 passengers on board has been quarantined in Cape Town since Monday.
