In the American state of Iowa there's been a delay in announcing the result of the caucus vote to select a Democratic Party presidential candidate; local media in Kenyan is reporting that the former president Daniel Arap Moi has died; and four hundred and twenty five people are known to have died in China as the spread of the new coronavirus continues.
