Coronavirus: China restricting movement of people

More than a hundred people are now known to have died from a respiratory virus in China. The number of cases of the disease has continued to rise sharply. The UN has told the government of the Democratic Republic of Congo it must stop human rights abuses by the military and other state agents. Britain will decide today whether to ignore warnings by the United States and allow the Chinese telecoms giant Huawei a role in building its new mobile network.
