Erdogan says Turkey can't handle more refugees

President Erdogan of Turkey says eighty-thousand people have fled Syrian government attacks in Idlib province, and his country can't cope with any more refugees; there are growing indications that the Islamic State group is re-organising in Iraq, two years after losing the last of its territory in the country; and the Afghan President, Ashraf Ghani, has promised to form an inclusive government, after preliminary election results suggested he'd won a second term in office. His main rival, Abdullah Abdullah, has already objected to the outcome.
