Mobile internet services restored in northeast India

The ban on mobile internet services has been lifted after ten days in northeast India. The Chinese president Xi Jinping is in Macau and says it shows the "one-country two-system" model can work, despite months of protests in Hong Kong. In the Democratic Republic of Congo, people are unhappy at being told to make way for a billion dollar cobalt mine.
