Deadly shooting outside Moscow spy headquarters

Several people have been killed or wounded in a shooting near the headquarters of Russia's main intelligence agency, the FSB. We look at a controversial law in India which allows foreigners to become Indian, as long as they aren't Muslims. The act has sparked protests across the country. A court in Nigeria has ruled that sex work is not a crime, awarding damages to women arrested two years ago on allegations they were engaged in prostitution.
