US envoy Stephen Biegun tells North Korea: 'Let's get this done'

US special envoy Stephen Biegun has urged North Korea to come to the negotiating table, saying: "We are here, let's get this done." More than 70,000 Liberia civil servants, including teachers and health workers, are expected to go on strike today in protest over failure to pay salaries. At least 22 people have been killed by rebel fighters in eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), officials have said.
