Senior doctors have withdrawn their services from Parirenyatwa, Zimbabwe’s largest hospital. The head of a maximum-security jail and a prison doctor have been arrested in Nigeria, following allegations that they enabled a prisoner to conduct internet scams. Massachusetts State Police has been asked to explain how it is using robot dogs, by a civil liberties group.
