Bolivia: Jeanine Áñez proclaims herself interim president

Bolivian opposition senator Jeanine Áñez has declared herself interim president of the South American country following Evo Morales' resignation. Raging bushfires have razed properties in Australia and briefly spread to suburbs of Sydney, officials say.
