Deputy head of the Bolivian Senate declares herself interim president

Bolivian opposition senator Jeanine Áñez has declared herself interim president of the South American country following Evo Morales' resignation. Parliament in Tanzania has lowered the minimum age for HIV testing from 18 to 15.
