Nine arrested in China for smuggling fentanyl to US

China has jailed nine people for smuggling fentanyl into the United States, after a landmark joint operation against a drug that has killed thousands of Americans. The International Criminal Court in the Hague is due to hand down its sentence in the case of Bosco Ntaganda.
