Turkish incursion forces Kurds to do deal with Syria

Kurdish officials in northern Syria say they've made an agreement with the Syrian government that the country's army will deploy along the Turkish border - to stop the Turkish offensive against the Kurds. Esraa Abdel Fattah - a well known blogger and journalist who played a significant role in the 2011 uprising - has been arrested. In the American state of Texas, a black woman has been shot dead by a white police officer who fired through her bedroom window.
