Migrants from Libyan camps arrive in Rwanda

The first group of African migrants to be evacuated from camps in Libya arrive in Rwanda. Afghans are set to vote on Saturday in the country's fourth presidential election since the US-led invasion in 2001. Hundreds of men and young boys have been discovered locked up and chained in a house in the northern Nigerian state of Kaduna.
