Aid worker killed in north-east Nigeria

The charity group Action Against Hunger says one of six hostages being held in north-east Nigeria has been killed. Egyptian human rights activists say that more than 1,000 people have been arrested in the aftermath of recent anti-government protests. There have been more calls for UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson to resign over his decision to suspend parliament.
