Trudeau apologises for 'brownface' yearbook photo

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau wore "brownface" at a private school gala nearly two decades ago, a photo obtained by Time Magazine shows; at least 27 people, many of them children, have been killed in a fire at a boarding school in a suburb of the Liberian capital, Monrovia; and the Zambian government says it wants a radical change in eating habits, so people eat less highly processed maize and more nutritious food such as sweet potatoes.
