Oil prices soar after Saudi Arabia attacks

There has been a sharp increase in the price of oil following Saturday's attacks on facilities in Saudi Arabia. We hear from Brussels as the British Prime Minister is due to go the capital of Europe to meet the president of the European Commission and tell him he will accept no further delay to Britain's leaving the European Union. And we go to the Democratic Republic of Congo where dozens of people are reported missing in a boat accident on the Congo river.
