In an unexpected appearance on television, Preisdent Miguel Diaz-Canel said the distribution, especially of diesel, was being badly affected by US sanctions against Venezuela - Cuba's principal oil supplier. A court in Scotland has ruled suspending Parliament in the way Prime Minister Boris Johnson did was not lawful and he's been forced to publish the secret document - Operation Yellow hammer which speaks of shortages of food, medicines and even possible riots if there's a no Brexit deal. In the Bahamas over 2,500 are listed as missing, many areas have not even been accessed or search and rescue missions have not started.
