Life expectancy, in the United States has now decreased three years in a row. We hear from Adriana Lleras-Muney, Professor of Economics at UCLA. Limerick in the Republic of Ireland was hit hard a decade ago when Dell closed its Irish manufacturing base but now an old factory has had a makeover as a TV and film studio as the BBC's Stephen Ryan reports.
