Raging wildfires in California

Big Boss Interview

Available for over a year

Nearly 180,000 people are without power and hundreds have been evacuated as a fast-moving wildfire rages through California's wine country. We hear from a local mayor how people are coping. We also hear from Australia, where huge crowds are expected to scramble up Australia's Uluru on Friday before a ban on the climb takes effect. The giant monolith - once better known to visitors as Ayers Rock - will be permanently off limits from Saturday. Uluru is sacred to its indigenous custodians, the Anangu people, who have long implored tourists not to climb. Also in the programme, Tesla's better-than-expected results and look ahead to this weekend's elections in Argentina where faltering economy may well play a key role in voters' minds. We have the latest in the Brexit saga and we investigate how important are Michelin stars for restaurant businesses. Presenter Fergus Nicoll is joined by guests Simon Littlewood and Christine Spadafor
