Now many of us like to get the bike out, whether you enjoy the bustle of the city or a leisurely ride around more rural areas; it's environmentally friendly, and it's good for you. But what if you'd like to be part of a cycling group? Well, St Helen's Pedal Power is a friendly, volunteer-led, community-based cycle group within the borough. BBC's Tony Snell spoke with Chairperson Shaun Gallagher to find out more
