London Latest

Available for over a year

Efforts are being made by the public sector in particular to crack down on the practice. But why are Londoners turning to it? Is it unlawful? What's being done to curb it? Ross Ryan has been finding out more from BBC London's Work and Money Correspondent Meghan Owen.
