Evan Davis, presenter of PM on Radio 4, thinks of himself as a law-abiding driver. But it didn't come as a total shock when he received an official notification in the post informing him that he'd been caught exceeding a speed limit. And he's not alone. The number of tickets issues for 20mph speed offences soared to almost half a million last year, according to data collated from police forces in Great Britain by campaign group 20's Plenty For Us. Evan asks why drivers are finding it so difficult to stick to 20mph, and examines why the limit has sometimes proven to be divisive.
