Why a borough's e-bike ban is creating bridge border bother

Either side of Chiswick Bridge, e-bikes are stacked up along pavements and in bushes. On the Hounslow side, it's Forest and Voi branded bikes. On the other, it's Lime. So what's going on? And why has the Comedian and Broadcaster Dara Ó Briain likened the situtation to Checkpoint Charlie? BBC Radio London's Ross Ryan has been finding out.
