Behind the scenes: The new Cambridge South station

Network Rail says Cambridge's new railway station, due to open early 2026, is being built with "East West Rail in mind". The new Cambridge South site on the Biomedical Campus has four platforms, parking for 500 bikes, and a green roof. Tom Jackson went to meet some of the people in charge of the build, including station architect Jan Kroes.
