Quavers have been made at the Walker's factory in Lincoln for more than 50 years. 1.6 million packets are produced there every day, but how do you turn starch - a by-product of making potato crisps - into curly cheesy snacks? Karl Bird toured the factory with PepsiCo manufacturing director Layla Whiting to find out.
