Follow the trial of Metropolitan firearms officer Martyn Blake, who has been charged with the murder of Chris Kaba. Chris died from a single gunshot after being stopped by police in Streatham, south London, on Tuesday 5 September 2022. Martyn Blake, who was previously known only as NX121, has pleaded not guilty to murder. With the jury poised to be sent out to deliberate on the verdict, in this episode reporters Adina Campbell and Ross Ryan bring you the details of the closing arguments from both the prosecution and the defence. We’ll hear about the prosecution's accusation that some of Martyn Blake’s evidence has been “fiction”, and the defence’s claim that there is little evidence of Martyn Blake being “angry and frustrated“. Producer: Ross Ryan News Editor: Gemma Stevenson Executive Producer: Lorraine Maguire Commissioning Editor: Alistair Miskin
