A century after he died trying to summit Everest and 25 years after his body was finally found, George Mallory's final words went on display in Cambridge. Famous for the quote 'because it is there', it's not known if he ever made it to the top Magdalene College digitised letters his wife Ruth sent to him for a special exhibition. Dave Webster went to see and read them.
